1. What is the “DIGICEL FATHER’S DAY” Promotion? The Promotion allows each prepaid customer who top up with GYD$1000 or more to gain entries between May 16th

, 2025, to June 12th, 2025, (the “Promotional Period”) for a chance to win 1 of 4 weekly prize bundles, each featuring an 85-inch smart TV and a barbecue grill. One lucky winner will be chosen every week for four weeks. 2. How does the Promotion work? You may participate in this promotion by following the steps below: Step 1: Recharge with $1000 or above (via Top Up cards or any electronic top-up including Diaspora top up). Step 2: For each $1000 or above top-up you will be automatically entered for a chance to win. There will be 1 winner weekly.

1. When does the Promotion start and end? The promotion is valid from May 16, 2025, through to June 12, 2025.

2. How will I know if I have entered the Promotion You will receive the below SMS once you have successfully topped up with $1000 or more. “You’ve earned XX entries into the draw to win an 85-inch TV and Barbecue Grill for Dad! Text WIN to 1441 to check your entries this week.” Please note that SMS will take between 5 to 10 minutes to notify you of your entry.

3. Can I take part in the Promotion? All prepaid Digicel customers who top up with $1000 or more may participate in the Promotion. Exclusions The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion: a. Any person who, at any time on or after October 1, 2024, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel (Guyana) Limited or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel (Guyana) Limited. b. Any person who is not a legal resident of Guyana; and c. Any person under the age of 18.

4. How do I Know If I have won? If you are selected as a winner, a representative from the Digicel Marketing team will contact you via telephone call. This video interaction will be shared on Digicel Guyana’s Facebook page and broadcast on NCN CH11.
5. How many winners will there be? There will be 4 winners in total. 1 winner will be selected each week for 4 weeks during the promotional period.
6. Will I be notified when to participate?

Yes. Digicel will send the “FATHER’S DAY 2025 PROMOTION” participation prompts via SMS to prepaid customers 3 times weekly. Posts will also be made via the Digicel Guyana social media Pages weekly as well as radio station and television advertisements daily during the promotional period. Please note you can participate any time during the promotional period. 9. When will the winners be announced? One weekly winner will be announced on the following days: Week 1: May 23rd Week 2: May 30th Week 3: Jun 6th Week 4: Jun 13th

1. How will the winners be selected? Winners will be randomly selected with a randomizer using an Oracle Database random function to select 1 eligible winner each week during the qualifying period. 11.When will the prize be handed over to the winner? Each of the prize bundles may be collected by the respective winner on the following dates to the 4 weekly winners: May 24th , May 31st , June 7 th , June 14th .

2. How long is my entry valid for? Entries are valid for the same qualifying period the recharge was done. Entries are purged at the end of each qualifying period, and you will need to recharge $1000 or more to gain entries in new qualifying periods.

3. Can I win multiple times? Yes, you can win multiple times. Once you make a top up of $1000 or more within a particular draw period you will be entered to win the prize in that period. 14.Which are the qualifying periods? Qualifying periods are below. Week 1: May 16th to 22nd Week 2: May 23rd to 29th Week 3: May 30th to Jun 5th Week 4: Jun 6th to 12th

15.What do I need to know about claiming my prize if I win? (a) Once you have been contacted, you will need to confirm participation and visit the Digicel office with the winning phone and SIM and your ID on the same day you are contacted. If not, your prize will be forfeited. (b) To confirm participation in the promotion, you must present valid proof of identification (National ID Card, Driver’s License or Passport), which clearly indicates your age and that you are a legal resident of Guyana. (c) You will aslo be required to present the winnning phone and SIM at the time of visiting Digicel to claim the prize. (d) You agree that if you win any prize from the promotion, you will permit photographs of you to be taken and for your image, likeness and name (your “Likeness”) to be used for public relations and marketing purposes free of cost, including the publishing of your Likeness on social media, mainstream media, and other platforms that we may choose. (e) If you are unable to visit the office to claim your prize, you may send a representative with your winning SIM and phone on your behalf with appropriate identification for you as well as that representative along with a signed letter by you authorizing the collection and a copy of your ID. (f) Once you have presented to the Digicel Office for claiming of your prize you will be provided with further instructions on the handover of the 85-inch TV and Barbecue Grill.

16.What if I’m a winner and I miss the call from the live drawing? If we are unable to reach a winner, we will select another random eligible number. This process will continue until contact is made. Each number will be called twice, and if both calls are missed, the prize will be forfeited.
